Refunds are only applicable in the event of non-delivery of purchased items. Once items are purchased and delivered, refunds are no longer available.
If you cannot receive your original purchase (due to technical difficulties on either side) we will issue a refund.
If you make a purchase by mistake, we can deliver an item/bundle of equal value. This must be communicated prior to delivery. We cannot issue partial refunds.
If you receive incorrect items, we will remedy immediately and provide you with the correct ones.
Discount codes must be used at time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied.
