Unofficial tip sheet and design instruction guides are sent to your email immediately after purchase. If you do not receive this email due to technical difficulties on our end, we are more than willing to offer a refund.

In the event your gifts cannot be delivered (due to technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances) we are also more than willing to offer a refund.

Once gift delivery is complete however, no refunds will be granted.
